- Simply turn on your printer and the LED power light will start to flicker.

- It will display a list and you should select the Software & Drivers option.

- For extracting the files, double-click the downloaded file. The program sometimes shows you the User Account Control pop-up box.
- All you need to do is check the file name and the publisher i.e HP, then click Yes. By selecting the Yes option, you are giving authorization to the program for making some valuable changes to your system.
- The Let’s get Started window will come into view. Click continue and HP suggested software will be presented on your screen. HP also lets you personalize the software selection.
- To move ahead click Next. Then, take a look at the License Agreements and other documents that you need to agree for pursuing the installation process.
- So, enable the checkbox, click Next and the additional software will begin to install.
- Thereafter, you will arrive at the HP printer Connection Options window. There are two radio buttons available i.e Automatic Setup and Manual Setup.
- Generally, the Automatic Setup option is preferred. For that, there is a basic condition that your printer should be connected to the same wireless SSID as your computer.
- Within a few moments, your printer model name will come on your computer screen. Select your printer straight away and hit the Next button.
- The printer driver will automatically start to install. Hence, this ends the HP Printer Setup process.
